For Early-Stage Investigators
- Charting the Course: A Guide to the Research Ecosystem
 A seminar series for early career faculty and postdocs that provides a wealth of information about seeking funding, grant writing, and working with Northwestern research support services.
- Early-Stage Investigator Academy
 If you are an early-stage investigator aspiring to secure an NIH K grant or your first R01, consider joining the ESI Academy. All early-career faculty and postdoctoral fellows are welcome.
- Grant Writing Coaching Groups
 Rick McGee, PhD, associate dean for Professional Development, and Kenzie Cameron, PhD, MPH, professor of Medicine and senior director of NUCATS Mentoring and Leadership Development, have developed a novel grant writing coaching groups approach that builds upon highly effective tools of teaching and learning.
- Succeeding With Your K Award
 This series of didactic and interactive meetings is targeted to K (or similar career development) awardees. In this small group (typically 10-20 attendees), participants discuss successes and challenges as well as strategies for continued research and career development.
- Taking Responsibility for the Responsible Conduct of Research
 Designed for recipients of NIH or other training awards that require training in Responsible Conduct of Research.
