Search Feinberg faculty profiles - A major part of the NUCATS mission is to promote and facilitate collaboration across Northwestern University and its affiliates. To this end, we are compiling a comprehensive list of NU researcher interests across the entire enterprise, which we will be putting into the NUCATS researcher database. To start, only FSM researchers will be listed.

Research Team Support (RTS) within the NUCATS Institute focuses on advancing team-based, cross-disciplinary, translational life and biomedical sciences research.  RTS serves as a conduit between the practitioners of team science and scholars/researchers studying the science of team science.   The science of team science is a relatively new interdiscipline that allows investigators to consider the processes by which multi- and interdisciplinary scientific research teams organize themselves and how they think and do their work together in such a way that they arrive at breakthroughs attainable by neither individual nor strictly additive efforts.  Please contact the director, Holly Falk-Krzesinski, PhD (312-503-0889), for more information.

BioMedExperts is a new online community that connects biomedical researchers to each other through the display and analysis of the networks of co-authors with whom each investigator works to publish scientific papers.

As a Consortium that aims to expedite the pace of translation of healthcare discoveries, I am pleased to announce a milestone reached in support of clinical and translational research: the development of ResearchMatch.org.  ResearchMatch is a national volunteer research registry that brings together researchers and willing volunteers who wish to get involved in research studies.  The level of collaboration across the CTSA that has taken place to develop this national resource has been exceptional, with 39 of the 46 CTSAs officially participating.
