This seminar was formerly known as Clinical Research Grand Rounds. Once a month NUCATS affiliated investigators present on translational research topics at the Lurie Research Center. Physicians can earn CME credit but all are welcome to attend and lunch is provided.
Advisory Council for Clinical Research: Lunchtime Lecture SeriesEach month, educational lectures are presented by the various departments involved in clinical research at Northwestern and the surrounding community. Sponsored by the Advisory Council for Clinical Research at Northwestern University, these free lectures are a great resource for anyone interested in clinical research.
2008 Clinical Research Educational Conference & Poster Session On May 16th, 2008 this 5th annual event targets a spectrum of important topics for clinical research professionals. Representatives from academia and industry will provide keynote lectures in the morning followed by break out sessions in the afternoon. In addition, 2008 is the first year that a poster session will be added to the agenda.
This seminar series probes different topics related to commercialization of biomedical technologies. Seminars take place on a bimonthly basis from September to May. The Community-Engaged Research Center coordinates a regular seminar series that meets every 1-2 months from September – May on the 4th Wednesday of the month from 11-12 am in Ward 5-230.

Held every Tuesday morning from 7:30-8:30AM at the Feinberg Pavilion, Conference Room A, Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Investigators from across the country present the latest research in a variety of clinical areas. Click here for a link to upcoming conferences approved for CME credit. The summit will focus on present and future biotechnology relevant cancer diagnostics and therapeutics. The goal is to create a cross-discipline dialogue on critical current and emerging challenges and opportunities in developing novel personalized therapeutics and diagnostics, and adopting them in clinical practice.
