Advisory Council for Clinical Research (ACCR)

Mission:

• Dedicated to promoting compliant and responsible clinical research conduct through facilitating new ideas, promoting changes in organizational policies, and creating educational programming and relevant activities for the NU clinical research community
• Serves the entire Northwestern clinical research community on the Chicago Campus including Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Northwestern Memorial Faculty Foundation, Rehabilition Institute of Chicago, and the Veterans Administration Medical Center

Membership:

• Comprised of individuals involved in the management of clinical research including departmetns involved in clinical research, central administrative units and affiliate institutions
• View current ACCR members

Projects:

• Free monthly lectures each 3rd Friday at noon - view schedule 
• Free webinars, some include continuing education credit - view schedule
• Two annual scholarships for Northwestern University-affiliated clinical research coordinators to take the ACRP CCRC exam
• Outlet for communication of research-related issues
• Jointly sponsored by FSM Office for Research and NU Office for Research Integrity
